Key Responsibilities

·         Design, development, testing, and deployment of Odoo POS modules using OWL Framwork.

·         Customize and optimize existing Odoo POS modules according to business requirements.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Odoo POS with other systems and platforms.

·         Provide technical support for the POS system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Odoo updates, new releases, and best practices to ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         Proficient in Python programming, OWL framework and front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·         Ability to utilize AI for a rapid programming.

·         Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting is a plus.

·         Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think algorithmically, ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in accordance with Ethiopian law.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (of which 3 years in similar position)

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (Knowledge in ERP system is a plus)
